Seatadvisor Box Office (SABO) (released in late 2001) is the first complete Internet-based integrated ticketing system able to handle all of the box office needs via one interface. There's no need for a separate e ticketing system. SABO gives complete control over your box office sales, Internet sales, phone room sales and outlet sales in one easy-to-use real time interface.

White Label Box Office Solutions is looking for a First Line Service Desk Analyst to work in an IT Service Desk environment, administering and resolving incidents as logged by customers.

The role will involve the support and maintenance of desktop PC/Printers and support and roll out of software. You will be involved in the daily maintenance of printers and desktop-networked PC's; Roll out of hardware via PC software images; Support and training to end PC users around our ticketing products; Configuration of new user accounts; Installation and configuration of IP phones and trouble shooting network connectivity problems.

To apply for the role you will have previous experience in maintenance of desktop and network systems, working with windows (XP / 2000) and MS Office. Any experience with other prgrams is desirable.
