Marketing Manager
As a Marketing Manager, you will use your skills and experience to create and implement both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns for software and services geared towards the entertainment industry. This is an exciting position for anyone interested in marketing in the music, sports and entertainment industries. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the CEO.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Creating and implementing integrated marketing campaigns
- Researching, executing and evaluating marketing/partnership opportunities
- Conducting competitive research
- Working with in-house graphic design team on sales collateral, newsletter templates and all other marketing elements
- Managing/implementing street-level promotions
- Writing press releases
- Writing sales/marketing proposals
- Coordinating trade show efforts
- Managing series of clients
- Supporting sales team
- Managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
The ideal candidate should have:
- Online marketing experience including familiarity with e-newsletter solutions
- Experience working both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent computer skills - MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop
- Graphic design skills - experience with Photoshop or similar programs a must
- HTML skills a +
- Degree in Marketing a +
- 5+ years related experience
- Some travel may be required
Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Sales Manager
White Label Box Office Solutions is looking for an experienced sales person to increase the company’s client-base. Qualified applicants must have relevant experience, be energetic, organized, motivated, self-starting, dedicated, hard-working, and passionate about the job.
Specific job duties include:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Selling ticketing services and software to event ticketers (venues, sports teams, festivals, performing arts centers, etc.)
- Working with the marketing and other departments to coordinate sales support efforts
- Creating proposals for prospective clients
- Conducting competitive research
- Managing prospective and new client data
Skills and experience required:
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Strong ability to identify opportunities, develop account strategis, and negotiates creative solutions.
- Existing relationships with event ticketers a +
- Strong organizational, phone and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct a thorough analysis of prospective client needs in order to recommend the best solution for their business
- Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation skills.
- Skilled in all Microsoft Office products
- Experience and enthusiasm for working in small business, team-orientated environment.
- Some travel may be required.
